2026 Bach Day Bash: A Night in Full Swing!

An evening of live music and lots of harmony

Come celebrate with the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh (BCP) at the Bach Day Bash, BCP’s signature fundraising event on Johann Sebastian Bach’s 341st birthday. This year’s Bash will be held at the Greer Cabaret Theater, Downtown Pittsburgh.

This year’s Bash, co-chaired and emceed by Anna Singer and Jim Cunningham of WQED, will toast to the success of BCP’s current season “Cirque du Cinema”. The event also celebrates the remarkable legacy of Artistic Director Thomas W. Douglas as the choir honors his 2026-27 farewell season, “Circle of Life,” following more than 21 years of inspired leadership, filled with innovative, creative, and dramatically provocative productions.

By attending and/or sponsoring the Bach Day Bash, you will help continue BCP’s mission to provide our community with the experience of familiar (and not-so-familiar) choral pieces through unexpected arrangements and interpretations, and to immerse our audiences in the healing power of music in an increasingly complex world.
